08/19/2024 FFIE for 40 to 1 Stock Merger

According to the announcement issued by NASDAQ, FFIE will perform a share merger on August 19th, 2024,  every 40 shares will be merged into 1 share.

VSTAR's solution for this joint venture is as follows:
1. Calculate the consolidated shares by taking the number of shares held ÷ 40, and close the remaining non-integer part (for example, if you hold 100 shares of FFIE, according to 100 ÷ 40 = 2.5, then the position will be consolidated into 2 shares, and the remaining non-integer part will be 0.5. If the merger cannot be carried out, the position will be closed by the system based on 0.5×40=20 shares before the merger);
2. The above processing will be performed on August 19th, 2024 (i.e. before the opening of the day);
3. The FFIE stock was paused to trade until the stock merger is completed.
