Can I use a bank account under the name of a third party to deposit and withdraw funds?

VSTAR does not accept deposits under the name of a third party. Please use your personal bank account / card to deposit or withdraw funds. If you use another person's name or company bank account / card to deposit funds, the funds will be returned to the source.
