If your bank account has been closed and cannot accept transfers, please provide a bank account cancellation certificate clearly recording the bank account number and date and send it to backoffice@vstar.com . After the company receives the email, the bank account will be removed from future withdrawal requests. If you have applied for a withdrawal to a closed bank account, and the company has completed the withdrawal, please send an email according to the above requirements, and we will help trace the funds.
