VSTAR Copy Trading Master Trader Agreement

VSTAR Copying (hereinafter referred to as the "Copying Service" or "Copying") is a program that allows users (hereinafter referred to as the "Copying User" or "you") to follow other traders (hereinafter referred to as the "Trader" or "Trader"). "or") a service for trading activities. You cannot be a follower and a trader at the same time.
The terms and conditions set forth in this Appendix apply when you use the copy trading services of this platform. Before proceeding to the next page, you must declare that you have thoroughly read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions contained in this Appendix.
The terms of this Appendix apply to you as additional terms to the Platform's "Terms and Conditions". The Terms and Conditions of the Platform apply to all services, including subsequent orders. In the event of any inconsistency, the terms set forth in this Appendix in bold shall prevail. Unless otherwise defined, terms used in this Appendix shall have the same meaning as in the Terms and Conditions. By using the Copy Service, you agree to the terms of this Appendix and the fees charged by us or the trader.

Risk Disclosure Statement

Please note that this Risk Disclosure Statement is in addition to any risk disclosure statement relating to the products traded on this platform. Before deciding to follow a particular trader or traders, investment strategy and/or investment portfolio, you must consider your own financial situation, including your financial exposure. You should understand that copying is a highly speculative transaction and you may incur significant losses that exceed the principal invested by the user. You should be particularly aware of the following risks associated with copy trading
(i) Copy Trading involves automatic execution of transactions, which means that the transactions in your account will automatically open and close positions without any manual intervention or further instructions from you;
(ii) If you manually modify or close orders placed using the copy feature, the results may be materially different from those achieved by the traders you follow;
(iii) If the order amount or trading lot size is less than the minimum trading requirement (as defined in the Platform Rules), a position may not be opened.
(iv) If you select a trader and follow all of his open trades, we will open a position for you based on the best price at the time of copying the trade, rather than the original opening price of the trade;
(v) If the trader you are following withdraws money, this will also cause a huge difference between your income and the trader's income. This is due to a number of different factors, including the initial balance of your account, the impact of differences in transaction ratios, minimum transaction size, your account settings and the spreads, interest and investment price differences when you invest, as well as any difference in handling fees.
(vi) There are risks in following the trading decisions of inexperienced and/or non-professional investors. We make no representations about the professional level, skill and prudence of the traders you follow;
(vii) the traders you follow may have different ultimate objectives or intentions or financial situations than you; and/or
(viii) the traders or investment portfolios you follow may trade or contain products that are not available to you (due to applicable laws and other reasons), and if equivalent substitute transactions cannot be executed, this will affect the returns, portfolio components and risks associated with your investment portfolio. The quality and other factors are different from those of the investors or portfolios being tracked.

Order Execution

On this Platform, you may use relevant information and "copy trading" provided by the Platform to interact with other traders and to follow other traders, investment strategies and/or investment portfolios. Social trading features include detailed account information, transaction records, risk profiles and other information related to a trader's strategy and/or portfolio that may help you decide whether to follow that trader, strategy and/or portfolio.
Copying is a trading feature that allows you to follow the accounts of other traders. You can follow a specific trader or a copy portfolio. By placing a copy trading order on this platform, you authorize and instruct us to execute transactions for your account by automatically mirroring the trader's account configuration to the maximum extent permitted by the service or copy feature. For relevant limits, please refer to the notices posted on this platform from time to time. No prior consultation or approval is required. Copy trades will be executed on a pro rata basis and based on the same product and the same trade order (see section 1.7 below for details). Therefore, we have the authority to open and close positions, set limits and perform all other operations necessary to provide copy services.
We may not be able to execute copy trades for the Trader or the copy portfolio with complete accuracy for the following reasons
(i) You or your account may not be able to execute the transaction due to applicable laws or other reasons.
(ii) If the transaction amount or transaction lot size is less than the lower limit, we will not open a position.

Limitation of Liability

We provide the Documentation and other Services on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties or representations as to the quality of the Platform and Services. Your use of the Services is at your own risk. IF THE FOREGOING DISCLAIMERS AND EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY ARE FOUND TO BE INVALID OR UNENFORCEABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES AND ON ANY LEGAL THEORY (TORT, CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE), THE PLATFORM, THE SITE, AND THE SERVICES WILL CONTINUE TO BE AVAILABLE TO YOU, THIRD PARTY CONTENT, OR ANY ACCOUNT, DAMAGES OF ANY KIND RESULTING FROM YOUR USE, WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR LOSS OF INFORMATION Neither we nor any Indemnified Party shall be liable to you or any other person for any loss, loss of data or damages, whether based on contract, negligence, strict liability or other theory, or based on any claim or demand of any third party, even if we know or have reason to know of such damages, claim or demand.
In addition, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be responsible for (i) any actions taken to execute your Copy Instructions or (ii) any decision or action taken by the trader or strategy you choose to follow. Responsibility.
We have the right to evaluate whether and under what conditions copying is a suitable transaction for you (the "Suitability Evaluation"). If we conduct a suitability review, the result of the review will be based on the information and documents you provide in response to our request (which you may update at any time).
We may create an investment profile based on your suitability assessment, and your copy trading will be subject to suitability assessment restrictions. If we believe that copying is an investment tool that is not suitable for you, you will not be able to use the copying feature of the Platform. We are not responsible if you provide incorrect or misleading information in connection with the suitability assessment, resulting in the investment profile we create being inaccurate and causing you to suffer losses.
Although the foregoing will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, copy trading should not be equated with any form of investment, portfolio or asset management.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our copy trading service or functionality does not constitute a personal investment recommendation, investment advice, tax advice, or any other form of financial advice.
Any explanation or information we provide to you as part of the Services or in connection with the copying service is not intended to be, and should not be considered to be, investment advice of any kind. Any information we provide through the Platform is for informational purposes only.
You may use the information gathered from the official website or social trading features as a starting point for your independent research and investment decisions. However, you should not make investment decisions based on the information provided by the Platform or the Community.
We will take reasonable steps to monitor the performance of traders tracked through any copycat feature as well as the performance of the copycat service.
We reserve the right to suspend, terminate or block: (a) any trader being followed under the Copy User feature; and (b) any portfolio or trading strategy being followed under the Copy User feature. In this case, any open trades resulting from the Copy Trader or Copy Portfolio functions will be closed.
We reserve the right to terminate the Copy Trader or Copy Portfolio feature in our sole discretion, including if you no longer meet the criteria for access to the Service or if the provision of our Services is not feasible under any applicable law or regulation, and we will notify you in writing.

We may also terminate the Copy User or Copy Portfolio Service if we suspect or have reason to suspect that (i) prohibited trading activity is occurring, including manipulation or abusive trading behavior; (ii) false information was allegedly provided during the account opening process that constitutes fraud; or (iii) any other malicious conduct by you.
If a Copy User or Copy Portfolio service is terminated, open trades conducted through these features will be closed.
We reserve the right to revise the Copy User or Copy Portfolio terms and conditions without prior notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties
We make no representations or warranties regarding the performance of any investor, investment activity, account, portfolio or strategy. For the traders or investment portfolios you choose to follow, we do not guarantee that their past returns can be replicated, nor do we guarantee that the profits (or losses) you make will be the same as those made by the traders or investment portfolios you follow. The profits (or losses) are exactly the same.
Past performance, risk scores, statistical data and any other information about platform copy users and/or traders under the copy portfolio feature, or information about different investment portfolios and trading strategies under the copy portfolio feature, should not be considered a reliable indicator of future performance.
We make no representations or warranties as to whether you will achieve profits or losses similar to those of the users or investment portfolios you follow.
